Bamboe Oerip
Bamboe Oerip is a web-based OTA system and application developed specifically for VillaBox booking and management. The platform connects customers with available VillaBox accommodations through a streamlined digital booking experience.

Customers can browse VillaBox options, view accommodation information, check availability, select their preferred stay dates, and complete the reservation process online. On the management side, the platform provides centralized tools for managing VillaBox data, availability, reservations, customer information, and transactions.

By bringing the customer booking experience and operational management into one integrated platform, Bamboe Oerip helps simplify the reservation process while providing a more organized and efficient way to manage VillaBox operations.

The Challenge

Managing VillaBox reservations requires a system that can provide customers with a simple booking experience while allowing property managers to efficiently manage VillaBox units, availability, reservations, customers, and transactions.

The challenge was to transform the reservation process into a centralized digital platform that could be accessed online and provide accurate, structured information throughout the booking journey.

The Approach

We approached the project by designing an integrated OTA platform with a simple and user-friendly booking flow.

The system was structured around two main areas: the customer booking experience and the management platform. The customer side focuses on discovering VillaBox accommodations, viewing details, checking availability, and making reservations. The management side focuses on centralized control of VillaBox data, availability, bookings, customers, and operational activities.

This approach was designed to create a seamless connection between customer reservations and property management operations.

The Solution

We developed Bamboe Oerip, an OTA system and application dedicated to VillaBox booking.

The platform provides a centralized digital environment where customers can discover VillaBox accommodations, view detailed information, check availability, choose their preferred dates, and make reservations online.

For property managers, Bamboe Oerip provides management capabilities for VillaBox listings, availability, reservations, customer data, and transactions. This allows booking activities and operational data to be managed through a single integrated system.

The Results
